Before use,the user must read the usage mannual,and then take the mandrel into the cylinder body tightly.The right hand holds the Disposable anoscope and use the thumb against the mendrel,the Disposable anoscope  tip should first be coated with lubricant,use the left thumb and index finger right tip open,display anus,knead the anal canal,change direction to the sacral recessed into the rectal ampulla.Then take out the mandrel,at this tine(if use the anoscope with light source)turn on the light source switch,pay attention to mandrel,have a look whether there is blood on it,and judge the characteristics of blood.If the rectum has secretam,clip the cotton ball with tweezers to wipe it and examine it in detail;pay attention to mucosal color,whether there is uclers,polyps,tumor and foreigh body,then take the Disposable anoscope slowly sucked outwards,pay attention to the internal hemorrhoids,anal papillae,anal crypts or anal fistula internal orifice at the tooth line.
