Non-rebreathing Oxygen Mask
 INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1. Attach the oxygen supply tubing to the oxygen supply source.
2. Set the desired flow rate based on acceptable medical practices.
3. Confirm flow through the mask. Always verify the proper functioning of the valves. Each valve and the reservoir bag should rise on inspiration and lower on exhalation.
4. Place mask on patient's face with the elastic strap below the ears and around the neck. Gently pull the strap ends until the mask is secure. Mold the metal strip on the mask to property fit the nose •

CAUTION:For single use only. Discard after use. store in a dry place. Do not store in direct sunlight, extreme temperature, or in high humidity. Do not use if the package is open or damaged.
