Q1. What is your terms of packing? A: Generally, we pack our goods in white or original brown cartons.
Q2. What is your terms of payment and terms or delivery? A: T/T 30% as deposit, balance paid at sight of B/L copy. EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU are all acceptable.
Q3. Are you a trade company or factory? A: We are a factory established in 2000.
Q4. How about your delivery time? A: Generally, it will take 15 to 35 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. How can I get a quotation? A: If you can provide us the exact length, width, thickness, color and packing way we will quote you the exact and best price.
Q6. What is your sample policy? A: We can supply the sample for free if we have samples or sample materials in stock, but the customers have to pay the courier cost.
