The kit should be stored at room temperature 5 -25ºC. The kit is valid for 12 months.
[Specimen Requirements]
1.The virus in liquid samples such as whole blood, plasma, serum, ascites, oral fluid can be
directly extracted.
2.The virus in animal and plant tissues needs to add an appropriate amount of saline or PBS
to the sample, grind it thoroughly, centrifuge at 12000rpm for 5-10 minutes, and take the
supernatant for use.
[Specimen Extraction Operation]
1. Take out the prefilled 96 deep well plate with lysis solution, carefully tear foil film, add
200μL samples to each well in order. Turn on the automated nucleic acid extraction
instrument, open the hatch, load the magnetic rod sleeve and 96 deep well plate on the
instrument;
2. Run the preset program(-30min);
3. At the end of the run remove the magnetic rod sleeves;
4. Take out the 96 deep well plate, transfer the purified DNA/RNA into a 1.5 mL centrifuge
tube from the plate with eluent in order for the following operation or store at -80°C;
5. Close the program and shutdown the instrument.
