How to use:

1. Insert the blow tube into the main body

2. Switch the dials of inhalation and exhalation on each side to choose the suitable training levels.       Or, you're able to consult doctor about your training levels.

Feeling good is important in your breathing training. Gradually increase the resistance levels to avoid any body burden.

3. Sit well and hold the blow tube, use Diaphragmatic breathing (belly breathing) breathe in slowly till the air is complete in your lungs, and blow out as slow as possible. We recommend blowing out 2 times longer than blowing in. Repeat the above steps to complete your training.

Practice twice daily in the morning and evening. 10-20 units breathing, 5-10 minutes in total in each of your routine.

Reminding: Exercise when you feel good. Stop training in Asthma and COPD acute phase. Increase the training level gradually. Do your breathing exercise constantly and regularly.

Clean: Take apart the blow tube from the main body, immerse them into water for the cleaning and make it air-dry.

Storage: in the dry and well-ventilated place.
