1. Refund Guarantee: Your payment (NOT INCLUDING THE SHIPPING COST) will be refunded if you are not satisfy the quality of the
soap dispenser, the soap dispenser must be returned within 10 days after you recieving the goods, and the soap dispenser must be
unused(Brand New). We don't refund or pay transport cost.

2. Exchange Guarantee: We accept return and exchange the same models in 180 days after you recieving the soap dispenser.(Only
unused and Brand New)
We don't accept:
1) Damage during the assembling.
2) Invoice more than 180 days.

3. Please contact us before returning anything, otherwise we will not do any refund or exchange.

Q1: How about the delivery?
♥ TJdent reply: It depends on customers' request, normally we use express couriers such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, EMS, for large amount order we recommend to use sea transportation to save cost on shipping.

Q2: What's the delivery time?
♥ TJdent reply: 3 -5 working days by express, 1 month by sea transportation.

Q3: How about the package?
♥ TJdent reply: Wooden case/ Carton/ Aluminum case (standard export packing with fully 
polyfoam or pearl wool foam) are available.
