Answer: Yes, we are manufacturer, with ISO & CE approved. 

Ask 2. Where is your factory?

Answer: Our factory is located in A15 New Light Source Industrial Base Luocun Nanhai Foshan Guangdong China. It's near Guangzhou. You could fly directly to Foshan airport, or take the subway. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

Ask 3. What's your price terms?

Answer: Our price is EX Works. For CIF & FOB price, welcome to contact us directly by email, phone or chat online.

Ask 4. What's the delivery date?

Answer: Normally 7-10 days. And sometimes could get ready in 3days for stock goods.

Ask 5. What's the warranty for your dental products?

Answer:  Dental products carry the full one year manufacturer warranty. Each warranty period begins at the date of delivery date and ends after one year. The warranty varies by option items and manufacturer; all warranty claims will be void due to neglect, lack of maintenance, and/or improper handling.

Ask 6.How can I get the after service? How can I get the spare part after one year warranty?
