Q1: Are you a manufacture or a trading company?
A: Mydent  Dental is one of the professional manufacture of dental equipment  in China for 15 years. Our products also have been awarded the CE and ISO certificate.
 
Q2: How long is the warranty and what does it cover?
A: All of dental chair has one year warranty, if having any problem, you can send us the pictures or videos, we will send you the parts for free as the replacement within the first year.
 
Q3: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have strictly test twice before delivery
 
Q4: Where is Mydent Dental Company?
A: We are located in the southern of China, Foshan City, near to Guangzhou. Warmly welcome to visit us!
 
Q5: What is your terms of payment?
A:  1.For large quantity, 30% T/T or Western Union deposit payment before production, 70% balance must be paid before shipment
2.For few amount, full payment should be made within 5 working days of placing your order.
 
Q6: How can I get EXW or C&F price?
A: If you are sourcing a product, welcome to send us email or call us and inform which country are you from, our regional representative will send you specific information. Normally production time of our products is from 1 week to 2 weeks depending on the quantity ordered.
