1.What's your advantage?
   In-house R&D designers ready for custom requests, OEM & ODM services can be provided . Professional on customized order!
   Experienced salesperson at least has 10 years experience who can offer professional service and best control for all orders to us,
   as eyes here for all customer. All inquiries will be replied within 8 hours.

2.Can you offer free samples? Sample time?
   Existing sample be free only with freight collected
   As the easy OEM customized sample is also be free.
   Sample time: Within 5-7 working days after everything confirmed.

3.How do your packing of the goods? Do you offer customized packaging?
   The standard export packing: opp polybag with per piece, then with 3/5 layers corrugated inner & out cartons.
   Of course also can packing as customer request, like gift box, CDU display, pallet packing etc.

4.How does your factory control the quality?
   I. We have strict quality control system from approval each material to finish umbrella. 
   II.Before production, a pre-production sample will be made for salesman to approve. On each step production,
      we have strictly online QC inspection.
   III.After goods finally packed in cartons, our QC inspect goods at randomly.

5.What is your best FOB price per unit when ordering 500, 1000 and 2000pcs? 
   Our MOQ is usually 500pcs (FOB WUHAN), favorable discount is negotiable for bigger qty.

6.What is your mass order delivery time?
   The time of delivery is 25-35 days after order confirmed.

7.What is your payment terms?
   We accept 30% T/T in advance, 70% before loading on the shippment for new customers.
   For old customers, the payment terms are negotiable.

8.Are you manufacture or trading company?
   We have a professional disposable and medical products manufacture which was started in 2008.
