1. To avoid cross-infection, the gutta-percha needles and heat-insulating protective cover should be disinfected after use.
2. Do not withdraw the putter until the gutta percha has been completely dispensed, the current load of gutta percha must be used up (fully extruded) to avoid residual gutta percha that will affect the next use; the putter should be removed before the gutta chamber has finished cooling and the residual gutta on the piston should be cleaned, otherwise the life of the piston will be affected.
3. The gun needle can be rotated 360°. If there is gutta in the heating tube of the needle, the putter can be used to rotate the needle. if there is no gutta inside the heating tube of the needle, you need to pull out the putter and then rotate the needle with a small wrench. Do not use a small wrench to rotate the needle with the putter inside the needle tube, so as not to damage the needle.
4. Gently pull the wrench after fully preheating, the gutta-percha can flow out smoothly. Do not pull the wrench vigorously, it will cause excessive pressure, the gutta will leak out from the back. After each use, please pull out the putter and clean it with medical alcohol in time and then put it back into the gun body. Do not pull out the putter by rotating it vigorously. If it is not pre-heated, it will cause the screw at the top of the putter to loosen and cause glue leakage.
5. The inside of the obturation gun body needs to be cleaned regularly. When using the cleaning brush, the gun needle needs to be removed. The gun needs to be preheated and cleaned after the gutta is softened (the temperature should not be too high, the brush will melt).
6. If the obturation gun has been used for a period of time, it is found that the glue leakage is serious. Please preheat and pull out the putter, and check the sealing plug at the top of the putter. If it needs to be replaced, please replace it in time, and lock it if there is a gap.
7. Each obturation gun is equipped with 3 needles, customers first pre-bend a gun needle near the middle of the needle (the needle will break after 3-4 times of pre-bending).

Note: When F, FM heating needle temperature is higher than 200.C, it will cause the tip of the needle to turn red, which will affect the life of the heating needle.
Note: It is recommended that the use temperature does not exceed 200°C. If you are using a large amount of gutta percha, you can adjust to 230°C mode.

Warning
1. When the heating is turned on, the heating is automatically turned off when the heating duration reaches the set time.
2. For safety reasons, do not allow the tip of the heating needles to remain in the root canal for more than 5 seconds during the working condition.
3. If you find that the temperature rises slowly or cannot reach the set temperature for a long time, please replace the heating needle.
4. Notes for heating needle installation: loosen the black nut at the top of the obturation pen, use a lttle force to insert the heating
needle into the end of the pen(hold the corner of the heating needle, the tip is easy to break under force), and then tighten the nut.
If the heating needle is not installed properly, poor contact will cause the heating needle not to heat up.
