FAQ:

1, do you need digital scans or can you accept PVS rubber impressions?
Both ok, when you send digital scans, we will do the treatment plan directly, when you send PVS rubber impressions, we will pour out the stone model and scan it.

 
2, how long does manufacturing take after recieving impression?
When we receive your impression, we will send the treatment plan for you to confirm within 2 days, when you confirmed the treatment plan, we will finish the aligners within 5days, and then send back by DHL. so it is very fast.


3, what is the maximum number of aligners you produce in good quality for treatment?
Right now, most of the cases(90%) is between 10 - 20 steps. when patient can wear it according to the instruction, it can fit very good and have good result.


6, and can we make custom packaging?
Yes, we will do custom packaging for you if you can send the sample. no problem.


5, Which plastic material are you using?
We have Erkodent, SCHEU Duran+. You can choose which material to use. All of them from Germany.

7. Which shipment service do you recommend?
We do not have any specific preferences, however, as experienced, DHL delivers packages in 2-3 business days which is faster compared to UPS & FedEx.
