Howell Technology Company Limited (DG) is under Wellsmart (HK) Industrial International Company Limited. It was established in Dalingshan Town of Dongguan, which is the high and new technology industrial zone in China. As our own independent factory, it occupies 11000 square meters, With 150 employees. Through more than ten years of rapid development, the auto parts, and medical parts, smart home products business becomes to our main business. And auto parts business unit had become the industry leader.
Our company is an OEM integrated enterprise, specialized in product research, Injection tooling and molding; Die casting mold and molding; Metal work fabrication (Laser cutting, Bending, Puching), Machining; Product Assemble. As for the best quality and reasonable price with timely delivery, we have exported our products for many years.
Year of 2021, we enlarged our factory size. We set a new workshop for sheet metal department. And bought new bending and laser cutting machines. New machines is a big man. Could operate the product size to 2 meter. Now we have 2 sets of laser cutting machines, and 4 sets bending machines.
We also added a new anti-dust plastic injection workshop for medical parts injection. Now we have 39 sets plastic injection machines. Injection machine size from 100Ton to 800Ton.
Factory passed ISO and TS16949 certification. 70% of our products exported. Our customers are USA, Europe, Australia, Japan, South Korea, UAE, East Asia countries...etc.
